Design Review

Coral Canyon welcomes and supports improvements to homes and yards that enhance the beauty of our community. Before making any exterior alterations, homeowners are required to seek approval by submitting a design review application. The Design Review Committee will review the plans, and written approval must be obtained before work can begin.
 
We understand this process can seem complex, but we're here to assist you every step of the way. For guidance or questions, feel free to contact the Association at any time.

 

 

There are some exceptions as far as what needs approval from the DRC. These are limited to the following:

 

• Interior Home Alterations
• Removal of Dead Plants
• Replacement of a Plant from Pre-Approved Plant List
• Holiday/Seasonal Decorations (Must Adhere to Section 3.7U and 3.8E of the Design Guidelines)
• Home Repairs (Stucco, Irrigation, Roof Tiles)
• Repainting (To Same Color)
