chevron_rightHow can I get access to the Clubhouse?
Homeowners in the Master Association can purchase two key fobs at $10 each, payable by credit card or check at the clubhouse office.Residents of the Views can purchase two key fobs for $10 each to access the Pool and Hot Tub in The Views.Renters may purchase one key fob with a copy of their lease agreement on file for $10.

chevron_rightWhy am I being sent a Courtesy Notice, and what does that mean?
A Courtesy Notice is the first attempt to address an issue that may have arisen on your property. There is no fine or negative mark associated with a Courtesy Notice. Its only purpose is to inform you of a problem you may not have known about.

chevron_rightWhen do I get fined for a violation?
Fines incur after the 3rd offense, generally four weeks after the initial Courtesy Letter was sent.

If you see a blatant or repeated issue in the community, send an e-mail to CCCompliance@CCMCnet.com. Please include the address, and you may have a picture as well.

chevron_rightWhat do I do if there are issues with vehicles parking on the street?
The Coral Canyon HOA has no jurisdiction over street parking as they are public roads. If you feel there is a code violation, you may contact Washington City directly at 435-986-1515.

chevron_rightDoes Spraying Weeds Resolve Weeding Violations?
No. Weeds need to be removed. They can be sprayed to kill them, but this does not remove the violation status. Weeds need to be pulled or otherwise removed.

Any exterior alterations. For example, adding a security camera, changing light fixtures, landscape changes, solar panel installation, new windows, house painting, gate installations, etc.You can obtain the form here.

chevron_rightWhere do I take the DRC form once it is completed?
The DRC form can be submitted in 1 of 2 ways. You can bring the form, plans, or samples to the Coral Canyon Clubhouse or e-mail it to CoralCanyonHOA@CCMCnet.com.

chevron_rightWhen does the Design Review Committee meet?
The DRC meets every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month at 9 am at the Coral Canyon Clubhouse (3150 E Grasslands). Some circumstances may require these dates to change; if this happens, it will be announced in the Coral Canyon Chronicle.

chevron_rightDo I Need Approval on Pre-Approved Plants or Paint Colors?
The Coral Canyon HOA Staff has been allowed to approve the addition of plants or exterior painting from the respective pre-approved lists. However, a DRC form will still need to be filled out and submitted to have the DRC sign off on the alteration.

We recommend that all home sale documents be requested through www.HomeWiseDocs.com. As a homeowner and member of the Coral Canyon HOA, you have access to the HOA website, which provides all necessary information. You may also request documents in person at the HOA Clubhouse office.
